1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product must not be damaged, altered, or missing parts.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Used or opened products (including pet food dispensers that have been used or opened).
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or customer negligence.
- Gift cards or any other non-returnable items as indicated on the product page.
3. How to Return an Item
If your item meets the eligibility criteria and you'd like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging (if possible), and ship it to the return address provided. Please include the proof of purchase.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your payment provider.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the product purchase price, minus any shipping charges (if applicable).
- If your return is denied (e.g., the item is used, damaged, or missing parts), we will contact you to inform you of the situation.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Please provide us with photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order number when contacting customer support.
7. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
